FreightPro is a human-led recruiting technology platform built to improve how carriers attract, identify, and engage professional CDL drivers. We are setting a new standard in CDL driver recruiting through intelligent technology, human support, and smarter alignment.

The trucking industry does not need more recruiting noise. It needs better recruiting systems.

Too often, hiring is driven by volume instead of fit, speed instead of accuracy, and activity instead of outcomes. That leads to wasted spend, poor alignment, and turnover that limits growth and stability.

FreightPro was built to solve that.

We are not a passive job board, a generic lead source, or a volume-based recruiting service. We are a structured recruiting platform designed to help carriers hire better by improving driver data, engagement quality, and alignment between drivers and carriers.

Our platform combines intelligent technology with real human support to create a more disciplined and effective recruiting process. We help carriers access a large and growing network of CDL drivers, stronger recruiting support, and better visibility into candidate fit.

We also believe CDL drivers are one of the most essential and underrepresented workforces in the country. They deserve better representation, better visibility into quality career opportunities, and stronger alignment with carriers that value them.

FreightPro exists to help quality carriers hire better, help quality drivers find better career paths, and move the industry toward stronger standards, smarter alignment, and more effective recruiting.

Founded in its current form in 2025, FreightPro was built on transportation technology infrastructure originally established in 2019.
