Jake Koppinger

Jake Koppinger has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jake started their career as an Analyst at Bear Stearns from 2006 to 2008. From there, they joined Partner Fund Management (PFM) as an Industrials professional in 2008 and Crosslink Capital as a TMT and Services specialist from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Jake moved to Grandmaster Capital Management where they served as a Generalist until 2014. Jake then joined Balyasny Asset Management L.P. as an Industrials expert from 2015 to 2016. Next, they worked at Citadel LLC as part of their Industrials division from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Jake founded FreightRoll, a digital freight partner, where they developed and implemented proprietary technology to streamline trade processes and enhance visibility. Jake held the position of Founder at FreightRoll.

During their time at FreightRoll, Jake also worked at 22X Fund, where they handled finance and legal responsibilities from July 2017 to June 2018.

Jake Koppinger attended the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering.
