Elidee Arias

Elidee Arias has extensive experience in project management and operations within various industries. In 1998, they began their career at PepsiCo, where they worked as a Sales Zone Financial Coordinator and Logistic Network Pioneer Expert. During their time there, they implemented operation research methodologies, oversaw a budget of $83 million USD annually, and achieved the highest position in savings and sales contribution from 2007-2012. Elidee also served as a leader in warehousing and logistic network design, creating templates for key control visibility and deploying the sdv methodology in six sales zones.

In 2013, Elidee joined Transportes EASO as a Senior Project Development Manager, where they streamlined information processes, provided statistical tools for business decision-making, and generated meaningful information reports for both internal and external customers. Elidee utilized statistical analysis techniques such as regression and standard deviation to gather and analyze data.

From 2014-2017, Elidee worked at SMART MOVE consultant services as a Logistics Network Designer. Elidee'sresponsibilities included writing sales metric analysis training handbooks, designing and distributing analytic tools, and training sales coordinators and managers. Elidee also collaborated with Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma Brewery and ITESM to provide analytical support and training.

In 2018, Elidee joined WEITEC AUTOMOTIVE and played a pivotal role in starting up operations in Mexico. Elidee supported strategic decision-making, designed and presented information methodology studies to international partners, established processes, and hired staff. Elidee also developed a dataset model for daily operations and budget tracking.

Most recently, Elidee joined FreightVerify, Inc in 2019 as a Project Development Manager, where they are currently responsible for overseeing project development.

Elidee Arias has a strong educational background in business and finance. From 1993 to 1997, they studied at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Financial Specialist. Then, from 2003 to 2005, Elidee furthered their education at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
