Sanobar Basha

Sanobar Basha has a strong background in business analysis and product ownership. They started their career as a Business Analyst Intern at H&M Consulting, where they maintained business object universes and performed sales data analysis. They then worked as a Business Analyst at Dolce Vita Intimates, contributing to a system conversion and performing GAP analysis. After that, they joined Quicken Loans as a Business Analyst, creating custom technology solutions and designing wireframes. Later, at OneMagnify, Sanobar served as an IT Business Analyst and a Product Owner, revamping business processes, leading agile development projects, and implementing agile tools. Currently, they are working as a Senior Product Owner at FreightVerify Inc.

Sanobar Basha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organisational Behavior from Christ University in Bangalore. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking Management from Ethiraj College for Women, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, Sanobar obtained the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications from NextUp Solutions in April 2022.
