Arno Hoffmann

Arno Hoffmann has extensive experience in HR, holding various roles at different companies. Arno is currently the HR Director at FreiLacke - Emil Frei GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for HR activities across the global enterprise. Prior to this, they were the Global Head of HR Business Unit Automotive at Kendrion NV, overseeing HR activities at multiple sites. Arno also worked at Continental as an HR Business Partner and at Constellium in HR roles. Hoffmann began their HR career at Sunways AG as an HR Manager/Clerk.

Arno Hoffmann pursued their education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2004 to 2010. During this period, they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. Arno'sfield of study was Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
