Cher Hill is currently the Global Head of Learning & Development at Fremantle since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cher served as Senior Director of Leadership, Learning & Organizational Development for EMEA & APAC at Warner Bros. Discovery from April 2022 to January 2024, and previously held the position of L&D Director for the same regions. Prior experience includes the role of L&D Director at Discovery Inc. and multiple leadership roles at YSC Consulting, including Managing Consultant and Global Head of Emerging Talent from May 2013 to March 2019. Cher's career began as a Senior Business Psychologist at Mendas Ltd. from October 2011 to April 2013. Educational qualifications include a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and an MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.
