Scott Henderson has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Director of M&A and Head of M&A at Fremantle since June 2004. Prior roles at Fremantle include Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions Executive, Financial Controller for UK Intellectual Property, Group Reporting Accountant, and Management Accountant. Prior to Fremantle, Scott worked as an Assistant Accountant at ENVIRON from June 2003 to June 2004 and at Ventura from March 1998 to June 2003.
