Logan started their career at Anheuser-Busch in 2010, initially as a Merchandiser/Driver Assistant, then as a Sales Representative specializing in high-end draught accounts, and later as a Marketing Manager. Logan managed a $1.3 million sales and marketing budget and was responsible for negotiating sponsorships and special events.
In 2013, Clay joined Craft Brew Alliance as a Division Sales Manager. In this role, they managed sales execution for six different brand portfolios, totaling over 450,000 cases per year. Logan also worked with wholesaler management to create sales incentives and presented monthly snapshot meetings to review sales performance.
Clay's most recent position was at Fremont Brewing Company, where they held various roles. Logan started as a Territory Manager, overseeing wholesaler sales and operations for Oregon and SW Washington. Logan then became a Key Accounts Manager, directing sales in off and on-premise chain accounts across multiple states. In their final position as Sales Director, they managed sales representatives, territory managers, and key accounts managers, as well as 8 distributors across 8 states.
