Carly Smart

Carly Smart is an accomplished professional in the ecommerce and digital product sectors, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce at French Connection since October 2024. Prior to this role, Carly held various positions at HATCH Collective, including Associate Director of Digital Product and Associate Director of E-Commerce from February 2021 to October 2024. Previous experience includes multiple roles at The Frye Company, where Carly progressed from Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator to Ecommerce Manager between February 2016 and February 2021. Earlier career experiences include positions at INTERMIX, Christian Louboutin, and The Doneger Group. Carly holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management and Economics from the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
