Birgitte Strand

Birgitte Strand is a UX Designer at Frende Forsikring since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in user experience and customer support roles. Prior to this position, Birgitte served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Bergen from August 2020 to May 2022 and held various summer positions at Sparebanken Vest in 2019 and 2020. Additional roles include a case handler at Sbanken and a customer advisor at DNB, with early career experience as an agent at Sykes Enterprises and a security officer at Securitas Transport Aviation Security AS. Birgitte holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Interaction Design from the University of Bergen and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
