Marius Fredheim

Marius Fredheim has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Marius began their career as a Sergeant in the Royal Norwegian Army from 2000 to 2001. Marius then pursued a role as an Assistant Teacher at the University of Bergen from 2004 to 2006. Marius worked as a Senior Consultant at EMB from 2007 to 2011, where they gained extensive experience in pricing, reserving, and capital modeling. During this time, they also provided client training and acquired Solvency II related expertise. From 2011 to 2015, Marius joined EY as a Manager and later became a Senior Manager. Marius'sresponsibilities involved consulting in the insurance industry and heading the Norwegian Quantitative Advisory Service. Since 2016, Marius has been working at Frende Forsikring, initially serving as Chief Risk Officer and currently holding the position of Chief Financial Officer. Overall, Marius Fredheim's experience includes finance, risk management, consulting, teaching, and military service.

Marius Fredheim began their education at Fana Gymnas in 1996, where they studied for three years. Following this, they enrolled in the Royal Norwegian Officer School in 1999 and completed their studies as a Sergeant in the same year. Later, they attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2002 to 2007 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics.
