frendo is a digital platform supporting people living with endometriosis and the wider impact of complex chronic pain.

What started as a solution for endometriosis has evolved into a broader approach to understanding the whole-body impact of pain; from physical symptoms to mental health, relationships, work and daily life.

frendo helps people:

- Make more informed decisions about their health
- Advocate for better care and outcomes

Alongside the app, frendo@work partners with employers and organisations to better support employees living with chronic conditions, improving awareness, reducing stigma, and enabling more effective, human-centred support in the workplace.

Founded by Dearbhail Ormond, frendo is built from lived experience and designed to create a more connected, informed and equitable approach to women’s health.
