Daniel Mayans

Daniel Mayans is a seasoned executive in the real estate and asset management sectors, currently serving as the Head of FREO Spain and CEO of FREO Group S.A. since September 2015. Under Daniel's leadership, FREO specializes in acquiring and repositioning commercial real estate, focusing on generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for institutional investors. Prior to their role at FREO, Daniel held significant positions at GE Capital Real Estate, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over €1.2 billion across diverse property types and establishing the Barcelona office. Daniel's extensive experience also includes managerial roles at Metrovacesa and Aguirre Newman, along with beginning their career at Winterthur Insurance. Daniel's educational background includes an MBA from thePower and a law degree from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, complemented by a program at IESE Business School.
