Chuck Gose

Chuck Gose is the founder of ICology, an online community dedicated to internal communicators, and serves as co-host of the Frequency Podcast, which discusses internal communications, HR, and leadership challenges. With extensive experience in community building and corporate communications, Chuck has held roles such as Head of Community & Customer Advocacy at Firstup and Vice President at StaffConnect Group. Previous positions include Corporate Communication Practice Leader at BroadSign and VP of Corporate Communications at RMG Networks, where Chuck focused on enhancing employee engagement through digital signage and communication strategies. An alumnus of Butler University, Chuck holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science, and co-created The Very Hungry Communicator, an industry-adapted children's book.
