Jay Napodano is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Frequency Electronics, Inc. since July 2013, Jay leads the Precision Frequency Products group, overseeing the design and development of high-precision frequency standards. Previously, Jay worked as a Manager of Systems Engineering, managing the production and delivery of Rubidium Atomic Frequency Standards for the US Air Force GPS III program. Prior expertise includes a role as a Senior Avionics Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on avionics systems for US Navy contracts. Jay holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in RF/Microwave from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Union College.
