Tiyash Basu

Tiyash Basu has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Tiyash is currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Frequenz since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at dunnhumby from January 2018 to May 2020. Tiyash also has experience in the academic sector, where they pursued their Masters at Universität des Saarlandes from April 2015 to December 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Student Assistant from September 2016 to June 2017. At the beginning of their career, Tiyash worked at Infosys Ltd. as a Test Engineer from January 2012 to March 2015, where they focused on automated and manual tests on software for a Fortune 500 insurance company. Tiyash also held the position of Systems Engineer Trainee from August 2011 to December 2011, during which they gained training in various industrial aspects of software development and participated in a software development project.

Tiyash Basu completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering at the Institute of Engineering and Management in Kolkata from 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Tiyash pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Universität des Saarlandes.
