Richard Glover

Richard Glover is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of IT at Fresca Group since December 2022, Glover previously held the same position at Primafruit and acted as Interim IT Service Delivery Director at FirstGroup plc, where significant infrastructure separation and IT service enhancements were achieved. With a strong background as Group IT Director at Safetykleen, Glover focused on ERP system stabilization and IT transformation strategies. At Elgas Limited, Australia’s largest LPG supplier, leadership in cultural change emphasized IT's role as a vital business partner. Glover's career also includes pivotal roles at BOC South Pacific and Afrox, where expertise in SAP systems and project management was developed early on in an IS Graduate Management Program. Glover earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from UNSW.
