Steve Cast

Steve Cast is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Practice Director at Fresche Solutions, a position held since the acquisition of Redbourn Business Systems, which they founded in 1994 and led for 30 years. They also contribute as Marketing Director for i-UG and are a Treasurer on the Board of Common Europe. With extensive experience in database design, RPG programming, and project management, they have worked across various roles, including Technical Operations Director at Wilkins Computer Systems and Director of Information Technology for Berlin Packaging in the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. Steve holds an HND with Distinction in Computer Studies from The Nottingham Trent University and has been recognized as an IBM Champion in 2025.
