Sharon Conneely has a long and varied work experience. Sharon began their career in 2008 as a Support Analyst at Information Mosaic, where they were responsible for issue capture, analysis, escalation, testing, and deployment of releases, as well as meeting client SLAs. Sharon later moved into the role of Lead Business Analyst, where they wrote Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, user stories and acceptance criteria for product enhancements. In 2013, they joined KANA Software as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering, analysing and writing Business Requirement Specifications, Change Requests and process flows for product enhancements. In 2014, they moved to Vodafone Australia, where they held the roles of Digital Delivery Manager and Scrummaster & Senior Business Analyst. Finally, in 2021, they joined Fresco as the Head of Partner Delivery.
Sharon Conneely completed a Diploma in Business Analysis and Consultancy from the National College of Ireland in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Systems Analysis from the University of Galway in 2006-2007. Sharon also earned a BA in Economics, Sociology, and Politics from the University of Galway between 2003 and 2006. In 2019, Sharon obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
