Anne Damm

Anne Damm is a strategic leader with extensive experience in quality, health, safety, and environment compliance, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Global Quality & ESG Director at Frese, Anne transformed challenges into opportunities throughout their career, notably as a Senior Consultant at Dahlfelt Consulting ApS. With a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, Anne has facilitated significant improvements in various organizations, including roles such as Quality Manager at Paboco and QA & Documentation Manager at CH System A/S. Anne holds multiple degrees from Copenhagen University College of Engineering, including a Master's in Export Engineering and a diploma in Project Management.
