Helle Vestergaard

Helle Vestergaard is the Global HR Director at Frese, where they focus on developing people and organizations to enhance performance. With over 15 years in business line responsibility and a decade in HR as a strategic partner and executive, Helle has led global HR organizations and successfully facilitated several business transformations. They have held notable positions such as VP HR at AJ Vaccines and Head of Global HR at NNE Pharmaplan, driving initiatives in leadership training and talent management. Helle holds a Master of Science in Management and Strategy from Copenhagen Business School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Copenhagen University.
