Tonny Deneke

Tonny Deneke is currently the Operations Director at Frese A/S, where they manage operational strategies and personnel for one of the leading manufacturers of dynamic balancing valves in the HVAC market. Previously, Tonny held various roles at Frese A/S, including Operations Manager, and served as Plant Manager at Flex Pack A/S, focusing on production optimization and personnel management. Their earlier experience includes positions at ESAB A/S as a Welding Instructor, Key Account Manager, and Robotic Consultant, as well as freelancing as a technical consultant. Tonny holds degrees in Management and Mechanical Engineering, along with a LEAN Navigator certification from the Danish Technological Institute.
