Abdelatif LEMOUNES is an experienced professional in maintenance and methods management, currently serving as Responsable Methodes & Magasin Maintenance at Fresenius Medical Care SMAD since July 2017. LEMOUNES has a proven track record in developing maintenance strategies encompassing condition-based and preventive approaches while implementing digital solutions in a Lean Manufacturing context.
