Christoph Windpassinger

Christoph Windpassinger has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Christoph began their career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from an unknown start date until 2010. Christoph then joined Siemens Healthineers in 2010, where they held positions such as Principal and Head of Strategy and Solutions Group in Siemens Healthcare Consulting, and later as Executive Relations & Finance Transformation, leading strategic initiatives and supporting the CFO. In 2017, Windpassinger moved to Siemens, serving as "Chief of Staff" for Michael Sen and playing a key role in the Siemens Healthineers IPO and the orchestration of the Siemens Energy spin-off. From 2020 to 2024, they worked at Siemens Energy, first as Head of Executive Affairs, then as Head of Transmission Sales Network, and finally as Head of the SGRE Integration Program. In 2024, Windpassinger joined Fresenius Group as the Head of Corporate Transformation.

Christoph Windpassinger received their Dr.-Ing. degree in Informatik and Nachrichtentechnik from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in 2004.
