Mary Johnson

Mary Johnson is currently the Head of People Systems Portfolio Management and Functional Architecture at Fresenius Group, where they leverage extensive experience in learning and development to enhance employee engagement and performance. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Workday Global Implementation Project at Fresenius Kabi and held several roles at APP Pharmaceuticals, including Training Specialist and Training Supervisor. A proactive leader, Mary has developed and executed numerous training programs and strategies to support organizational goals and compliance. They hold a Master of Science in Biological Sciences – Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Northern Illinois University.
