Working with Leaders to raise awareness of their whole self and how they are showing up, so they can start to understand where and how to take the right action for increased impact. In a nutshell changing perspectives to aid changing behaviours.

I love using the great outdoors for this wherever I can. Coaching outdoors is a great way to access creative thinking and unlock new ideas, with the added bonus of all the benefits being outside brings.

If you're stuck on a problem or looking for inspiration, being sat at a desk is not usually the recipe for stimulation and brilliance.

Coaching outdoors is a great way to access creative thinking to help unlock new ideas and solutions to challenges and dilemmas you may be facing, with the added bonus of all the benefits being outdoors brings.

The pandemic has changed the ways in which we work and interact with each other, and our traditional ways of problem solving have been lost. What helps you to work through a quandary at work or in life? Talking it through with a colleague or friend? Taking a walk?

For me it is a combination, hence wanting to create Fresh Air Thinking to help others work through a challenge in an effective and refreshing way.

Services:

🌳Fresh Air Thinking Lunchtime Walkshops in the South East of England. Come and enjoy some fresh air whilst working through a challenge/dilemma and go back to work energised.

🌲1:1 Coaching Sessions either face to face or over the phone outside. Bespoke and tailored sessions completely dedicated to you!

🌳 Team Coaching Outdoors. No other team will be like yours, no other team will ever be the same. So it is important to establish how you WANT to work together and what you NEED from each other to be at your best.
