Brian Naumann is currently the Director of Quality and Processing at Fresh, overseeing quality control, quality assurance, and the industrialization of new products while being the global voice for corporate quality management. Previously, Brian served as an Analytical Chemist at Frutarom from 2015 to 2018, where they led cross-functional teams to optimize resources and deliver solutions to clients. Brian also held various leadership roles at Fresh from 2018 to 2022, including Quality Control Manager and Senior Manager of Quality Control, focusing on quality program strategy and supplier management. Earlier in their career, Brian was a founding partner and general manager of Bling Bling Detail King, contributing significantly to its growth into a successful business. Brian is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry at Rutgers University.
