Jillian Vitale

Jillian Vitale serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Fresh since August 2025, previously holding the position of Vice President of Category Leadership at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from July 2022 to July 2025. Jillian has extensive experience in strategic marketing, having worked at Benefit Cosmetics from 2013 to 2022 in various leadership roles, and at Amway from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included brand management and strategic development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Boston College. Jillian also studied at Asia University (TW) and Università degli Studi di Parma.
