Carmen Grillo

Carmen Grillo has extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and production planning within the food industry. Beginning a career at Fresh Express from February 1994 to December 2007 as the West Customer Service Manager, Carmen led a team and focused on personnel training and performance evaluation. After a brief tenure at Ace Tomato Co., Inc. as Customer Service/Logistics Manager, responsibilities included coordinating delivery contracts and product presentations. At Organic Alliance, Inc., from February 2009 to August 2013, Carmen served as Director of Logistics, contributing to the company's startup efforts and supplier qualification. Currently, at Chiquita since August 2013 as West Master Planner, responsibilities involve inventory management and collaboration across various departments to meet business objectives. Additionally, since September 2015, Carmen has been the Mgr. Production Planning & Inventory Control at Fresh Express, ensuring optimized production scheduling and maintaining high order fulfillment rates across multiple production lines.
