Michael Verschage has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the procurement, quality assurance, and production fields. Their experience includes roles such as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Fresh Express, where they managed procurement processes for packaging materials, and ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Auditor at Cutrale Citrus Juices USA Inc., where they ensured product and service quality. Prior to that, they held positions in production supervision and quality assurance lab testing at Cutrale, showcasing their diverse skill set and expertise in the industry.

Michael Verschage completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry at the University of South Florida in 2001. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2014.
