Verticorp Pty Ltd, trading as Fresh Homes is a proud family owned residential building construction company servicing South East Queensland and North Queensland. Founded by General Manager, Lloyd Payne in 2006 the company has provided value-packed affordable quality homes for hundreds of clients ranging from first home buyers to astute investors. With the support of highly experienced Design & Sales Consultants, administration and contract professionals, plus a skilled construction team, Fresh Homes has won numerous awards and established a solid track record in the building industry. Our company offers a range of quality home designs ready to build with house & land packages in many popular housing estates, as well as custom build houses and townhouses for private owners, investors, and developers. Three key elements set Fresh Homes apart - flexibility, affordability, and service. As a boutique builder, we’re agile and responsive to what people need and want, modifying plans to suit, or working with existing plans to custom build a bespoke home or townhouse project. We offer value, keeping costs affordable while maintaining quality finishes and high standards of craftsmanship. Our Design & Sales Consultants are experienced professionals focused on providing honest practical advice about the building process rather than just closing a sale. Building a home or an investment property is a huge undertaking with many highs and sometimes a few lows when challenges occur. Most importantly, we believe in keeping our clients informed - communicating with them about the process and what’s coming up next. From start to finish, we strive to deliver excellent service and help our clients create the ideal home or investment property for their needs.
