Fresh Inset is a technology company that develops a wide range of solutions for extending the post-harvest shelf-life of fruits and vegetables to reduce food waste and increase profits.

The company’s products are based on a revolutionary and patented technology of an innovative formulation of 1-MCP that protects crops from the damaging effect of ethylene during storage, shipment, and at the retail market. Fresh Inset’s products can be applied to all fruits and vegetables at any latitude. They ensure a gradual and timed release of 1-MCP that leaves no residue and does not need to change any existing supply chain processes.

An easy-to-use sticker format of the 1-MCP application is distributed under the Vidre+ brand. The first of many post-harvest solutions delivered by Fresh Inset to the global food value chain.

Fresh Inset’s team consists of a group of experienced scientists, agronomists, engineers, packaging sector experts, and IP lawyers based around the globe, in such countries as the United States, Argentina, Brasil, Peru, and Poland.
