John Mosca

John Mosca has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Fresh Kitchen since October 2022. Prior to this role, John held various managerial positions at Pei Wei from January 2019 to October 2022, including General Manager and Senior Manager, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. John also managed Hardee’s as General Manager from July 2017 to December 2018, and worked at McDonald's from May 2015 to July 2017 as Department Manager 3, focusing on guest service, local marketing, and operational efficiencies. John Mosca completed general studies at Holmdel High School, earning a diploma in 2010.
