Currently serving as a Regional Partner for Fresh Kitchen in the Tampa/St. Pete market since July 2019, Michael has previously held positions such as Vice President of Operations for Bonfire Restaurant Company, overseeing multiple brands and 400 employees, and President and CEO of Flying Swine Restaurant Holdings, where responsibilities included fundraising, construction oversight, recruitment, and financial management. With a remarkable career trajectory at Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Michael ascended from a cook to Vice President of Operations and Partner over a 25-year period.
