Michael Vitetta is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in kitchen management and banquet operations. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Fresh Kitchen since January 2020, Vitetta previously held the position of Executive Chef at Circ Hotel and served as Banquet Chef at both Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa and Biltmore Hotel, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day banquet department operations, creating production sheets, and managing inventory and orders.
