Fresh Magazine is an anti-aging, beauty and lifestyle publication distributed in spas and salons across Canada. Our focus is the healthy, happy, beautiful woman – inside and out. To some that might mean Botox; to others it could include non-invasive body contouring or tummy tucks; while to others it could involve meditation and healthy eating. On the cover of each issue you will find a prominent woman from our fair city, someone who has influenced us all in her particular way, as a media icon who entertains and informs, a philanthropist who supports our community, a musician, actor or political figure who inspires and teaches. Expert advice, spa getaways, women's empowerment and more: it’s a fresh new approach to looking and feeling your absolute best at any stage of life.

The magazine launched in May 2010 and is published six times per year.
