Sam Park is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC, overseeing a global legal department of over 35 members and reporting directly to the CEO. With extensive experience as an equity partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, Sam achieved significant successes in high-stakes commercial, antitrust, and intellectual property cases. Previously, Sam served as General Counsel for North America and managed legal operations for the company. Sam has also contributed to legal education as an Assistant Professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and currently participates as an Advisory Board Member for Fresh Picks. They hold a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
