Operations and Campus Management

The Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Fresh Prints play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. They engage potential customers through outbound outreach, identify their needs for customized apparel, and set up appointments for deeper discussions with Inside Sales Associates. By building relationships and understanding client requirements, SDRs help ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for the sales process.

Sales Development Representatives

- Responsible for assisting the CMs and Inside Sales with quoting orders/requests, changes with breakpoint quantity, price, forcing through orders, art change, adding/deleting an entire order item in an open group order to check if the margins are doable, and donating for fundraising/ philanthropy, 						

Quoting

- Responsible for getting the order fulfilled by ordering the garments from the supplier to the printer, processing the order by assigning it to a printer, and setting the apparel delivery date, the shipment date, and the delivery date. Responsible for promo orders by sending a Purchase Order to the promo product supplier and ensure that the deadline is met.                                 						

Order Processors 

- Responsible for helping the sales team locate products, working with the Growth team to prep campaigns, and finding particular garments/ promo products, stock checking, and other info realted to product sourcing.                                  						

Product Acquisition

- Responsible for resolving complaints order issues from Campus Managers, and account executives (Order is late, damaged garments, missing items, etc.)
