Ross L. currently serves as the Head of Product Design at Fresh since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Lead Product Designer at Viasat Inc. from January 2023 to December 2024 and at Reaktor from April 2019 to January 2023. Earlier in the career, Ross worked as a Senior Product Designer at MakeSpace and as the Founding Product Designer at Tell, an Influencer Relationship Management company. Additional experience includes web design at Frank Collective and UX writing for Built In and YOLO Board. Ross started in the industry as a Post Production Specialist at Filmgraphics Entertainment. Ross holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the National Institute of Dramatic Art and has a background in startup culture in Austin and Colorado.
