Alina Simutina has a diverse work experience. Alina started working at Ecommerce, LLC in 2014 as a Billing Specialist, where they provided billing support and handled customer complaint cases. Alina also contributed to fraud-fighting and prevention tasks. In 2018, they joined Optimus IT as a Project Manager, where they built and maintained client relations, followed organizational policies, and completed tasks or special projects as required by management. In the same year, they joined FRESHCODE as a Project Manager, and later took on roles as an HR professional and currently serves as the Head of HR.
