Dishoj Varma

Dishoj Varma is a culinary professional with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Assistant Manager in R&D at FreshMenu since September 2022, Dishoj previously held the position of Senior R&D Executive. Prior experience includes a role as Product Development Executive at Bigbites, where Dishoj was instrumental in developing recipes and structuring brand launches across four cities and over 75 kitchens. Dishoj holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from both City & Guilds of London Art School and Bangalore Culinary Academy, complementing earlier education from Sri Chaitanya Junior College and Silver Bells Central School.
