Will Fleck

Will Fleck's work experience includes serving as the Director of Logistics at Freshpet since 2023. In the past, they worked as the North America Logistics Manager and Category Manager North America Logistics at FLSmidth from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Logistics and Compliance Manager at Greene, Tweed from 2016 to 2017. Will also held positions as the Manager of International Transportation and Compliance and Strategic Buyer of International Transportation/Compliance Team at Lutron Electronics from 2007 to 2016. Before that, they worked as the Import Manager and Regional Account Executive at BDP International from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have experience as an International Supply Chain Analyst and International Logistics Account Manager at 180s from 2003 to 2004. Will began their career as a Purchasing Agent/MSDS Coordinator at FPC Holdings, Inc. in 2001. Prior to transitioning into the logistics industry, they were a Minor League Pitcher for the Atlanta Braves from 1997 to 2001.

Will Fleck earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from La Salle University from 1996 to 2001. Will also obtained an Associates of Science Degree in Mathematics from Mercer County Community College from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Leadership and Business Management from Muhlenberg College in 2010 and 2011.
