Ben Thrailkill is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the food service industry and military service. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at FreshPoint, Inc. since December 2014, Ben previously held the role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Ben worked at Waffle House, Inc. from August 2008 to November 2014 as Division Manager, overseeing nine restaurants and managing over 200 associates in a high-demand environment. Ben's background in the U.S. Army from May 2002 to July 2009 includes roles as Captain, Platoon Leader, and Executive Officer, supervising up to 150 soldiers during two combat tours. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lander University.
