Craig Rispoli is a culinary professional with over a decade of experience in high volume production, restaurant management, retail, R&D, and catering. They recently launched a premium “clean” fast casual brand in downtown Manhattan and currently serve as a Senior NPD Chef at FreshRealm. Previously, Craig held various roles, including Executive Chef at Hu Kitchen and Director of Commissary Operations at Financier Patisserie. They have a strong background in efficient production, having managed a high volume HACCP accredited commissary for Dean & Deluca, and have been awarded Newsday's healthy snack of the year. Craig is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Pre-Law Studies at St. John's University and a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
