Dale Trigger

Dale Trigger serves as the VP of Packaging and Engineering at FreshRealm, overseeing packaging and engineering operations for the national supply chain since February 2024. Previously, Dale held the position of VP, Head of Engineering, Automation & Packaging at Marley Spoon, where operational transformation and supply chain efficiency were prioritized. Experience spans various roles including Senior Director positions at CookUnity and Rent The Runway, and significant contributions to Plated, Help Remedies, and Arnell Group, focusing on product innovation, operational excellence, and packaging engineering. Dale began the career with engineering roles at Universal Target Systems and Smart Design, and holds a BA in Prototyping from the University of the West of Scotland.
