fresh&select operates dark store infrastructure for India's quick commerce platforms.
We run 27+ fulfilment centres across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, powering same-minute deliveries for Zepto, Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes, and Amazon Now. Each store is built, staffed, and operated to platform-grade SLAs — the unglamorous machinery behind the 10-minute promise.
Quick commerce in India runs on a fragile assumption: that fulfilment scales with demand. Most operators discover otherwise. We were built the other way around — store operations first, partnerships second. The result is a backbone our platform partners can plan around.
What we do:
• Dark store setup and operations across MMR
• Multi-platform fulfilment for India's leading quick commerce brands
• Inventory, cold chain, and SLA management
• Franchise expansion across new MMR catchments
We also work on the rails behind the rails — supply chain analytics through CSI Dark Stores, warehouse automation through KyRo Core, and AI-driven operations tooling for inwarding, payout reconciliation, and inventory discrepancy.
Founded in 2020 and led by Rohan Ajay Ramani. Building the unglamorous side of quick commerce, one store at a time.
