Anu John

Anu John has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at FreshToHome, where they were responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities and mentoring new team members. Prior to this, Anu held a role as a Senior Manager at Roljobs Technology Services Pvt Ltd for almost nine years. In this position, they gained expertise in social media recruitment.

Before joining Roljobs, Anu worked at Ascend Staffing Solutions, where they explored entrepreneurship by handling business development and end-to-end recruitment. Anu also maintained good relationships with clients and ensured statutory compliance.

Prior to Ascend, Anu worked at S Consultancy, where they held various roles such as Regional Manager, Branch Manager - Chennai, Senior Manager - Referral Partnerships, and Senior Manager - Career Planning. In these positions, they were responsible for client acquisition, retention, and delivery, as well as overall operations and profit and loss management.

Anu began their career in the recruitment field as an Executive Resourcing at Chase Consultancy Services before moving on to work as a Teaching Faculty at APTECH Computer Education. Additionally, they have volunteered with various NGOs, supporting women's self-help groups, rural health projects, and organizing seminars and awareness programs for women while promoting literacy programs.

Anu John completed their Pre-Degree education in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from K. G College Pampady Kerala from 1995 to 1997. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from B.C.M. College, Kottayam from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, Anu John enrolled in APTECH Computer Education and obtained a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, specializing in Computer Software Engineering, which they completed in 2003.
