Lawrence Brown

Lawrence Brown is an experienced ServiceDesk Manager currently working at Freshwave since August 2021, following the company's acquisition of Airangel Managed Service Guest Internet Service. Prior to this role, Lawrence served as ServiceDesk Manager at Airangel from October 2011 to August 2021, overseeing the transition of the Managed Service Guest Internet Service to Freshwave. Earlier career experience includes IT Support at Alfa Travel from June 2009 to May 2011, managing network administration and user support, and a lengthy tenure at Preston Bus from 1987 to 2007 as a Bus Service Engineer and driver. Lawrence holds a BSc in Computer Network Technology from the University of Central Lancashire, completed in 2011, and attended Willian Temple High School from 1973 to 1978.
