Suzanne Copeman

Suzanne Copeman is an accomplished telecommunications professional, currently serving as Program Director at Freshwave since January 2025. Previously, Copeman held various leadership roles at Three., including Head of Deployment & Sites Management and Interim Head of Transmission, from November 2014 to December 2024. Prior experience at Vodafone from February 2001 to September 2014 includes positions such as Head of Access Transmission, where responsibilities encompassed the design and delivery of the access transmission network, and Senior Manager - Networks, overseeing significant enhancements to radio and core networks. Additionally, Copeman played key roles in the Cornerstone network sharing project team between Vodafone and O2, progressively advancing from Senior Manager, Network Share to Joint Head of the project. Educational background includes a BEng in Electronic & Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol, obtained in 1993.
