Tom Buxton-Blyth

Tom Buxton-Blyth has over 15 years of work experience in project and program management. Tom is currently working as the Head of Delivery - Masts at Freshwave, where they manage a team and oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of new and upgrade sites. Prior to their current role, Tom worked at BT as a Program Manager, delivering key programs and maintaining EE's number one status in the telecom industry. Tom also worked at Telefónica as a Key Workstreams Program Manager and Project Manager, responsible for delivering projects and managing suppliers. Tom has experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Huawei Technologies as a Delivery Manager and at Ericsson as a Senior Project Co-ordinator. Tom started their career at Feedwater Ltd and Manestream Ltd, where they managed projects and led teams. Tom holds a strong track record of successfully completing projects and achieving business goals.

Tom Buxton-Blyth obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Plymouth. In addition, they received certification in "A Strengths-Based Approach to Managing Your Team" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
